SIC (Soldiers In Christ) is a ministry dedicated to being raw and real for the youth by the youth.
Our name comes from 2 Timothy 2:3-4 . With this, our mission is to preach, disciple and baptize and have discussions along the way that the church doesn't often open up about.

HOW IT ALL STARTED
SIC all began in February of 2023 after the shooting at MSU. I went to a church in East Lansing called The Commons and they held a prayer and worship night. It was crazy to see so many young adults going through so much pain. One person started playing their guitar. And then one person started singing. Soon enough, joy and praise for the Lord broke out. This sparked my vision for SIC Ministries: being able to praise the Lord with fellow believers, even in the darkest of circumstances. Fast forward to March, I went to a church plant at Purdue University. With 50 volunteers we spent 2 days doing nothing but evangelizing. When the day for the message came, the number of people in attendance almost tripled from the number of volunteers. Once again, God was planting the seeds for SIC Ministries to grow. In late May, we started walking in faith, and here we are today.

Here at SIC
We are dedicated to bringing the church to the people.
We do events such as basketball tournaments as well as worship nights at coffee shops and parks.
We do all of this to bring unity to the younger generation as well as local communities.
